Happy New year, humankind. I am sure 2021 will be a different, peaceful, and productive year for all of us.
This year I want to live more mindfully. When Thoughts get enough attention, become ideas and ideas grow into concepts, principles, attitudes, habits, a way of living. Thoughts flow all the time. Choose wisely, hold on to the ones that resonate, and present to your brain for further expansion. That’s mindful living.
Be a hyper-learner-doer. Don’t come in the brain’s way of learning and doing. Produce in public. Invite open pats and feedback. Learn by Questions; Facilitate learning by the various aids brain craves - Spill your brain by writing ane emptying it; Focus-defuse cycles; 7 hour sleeps; timed Pomodaros; Learning-Doing-Teaching-Reflecting; repetition for 6 days; Mind does not need a lot of time - it just needs all the dots to be visible at once in the same time to connect; Let the dots be visible - the mind will connect them(synapse);
Apply design concepts to everything. - Any and all problems, personal life, family members’ life, space you live in, work/passion. Life is short. You deserve the best use of everything in every second. Discard all BS from life.
Mindful eating:- Eat or Not eat your way to health. Measure everything that goes in. The last week of every month is the break free and indulge-if-you-like-time. No Sugar, Weight reduced to 78 by 2nd April. Water - measured 8 glasses a day.
Exercise:- Yoga way; Stretches; Mindful exercises; Mind and body rest. Build the running-muscle again by April 1st. Start with leg strengthing, stamina, and losing weight.
